Class Collaborate uses notifications to let you know what’s happening in your session. These notifications tell you when there are new chat comments. Chrome may block these notifications, follow these steps to allow notification in Chrome:
Step 1
Open up a Class Collaborate session in Chrome
Step 2
Select the lock in Chrome's address bar to the left of us.collab.com
Step 3
Select the drop down next to notifications and choose either Allow or Ask (Default)
Step 4
In Class Collaborate select the Gear icon > Notifications Settings > Browser pop-up notification > Allow
