The Delphi Center has created Ultra Self-Paced trainings and an Ultra Synchronous training series which begins October 30. Please consider self-enrolling today in both Ultra Self-Paced trainings

As for the conversion process, all Spring 2024 course shells are set to Instructor Choice Mode (video). Once you are comfortable with Ultra you may permanently set the course to Use the Ultra course view.
To preview:
Enter a Spring 2024 course >
Select the Lock icon, located in the upper right corner >
An Orange icon with a Blue/Green Pencil appears as a result of the Locked course >
Select the Pencil icon >
Select the "Try Ultra Course View" in the popup window.
To make a permanent choice:
At the bottom of the course you will have the following message including buttons to switch "Back to Original course" or permanently remain in "Use the Ultra course":

If you like the preview, you can permanently convert your course and save any changes you've made during the Ultra Course Preview. If you switch back to Original Course View, changes made during preview are lost.
Following your permanent choice, the course will remain Locked. Please unlock the course to assure students receive access to the course 2 weeks prior to the first date of class.
In November, we will provide options for copying/importing your course content to converted courses. Additionally, you are welcome to begin building your Spring 2024 course from scratch.
